Diagnostic Medical Testing, Inc. was founded with the motto of "Patient's Are Our First Priority". Our purpose is to provide accurate pulse-oximetry test results of patients to their primary care physician and their oxygen provider.

We are a Medicare approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility.

Our corporate office is based in Holiday Florida. As an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility we work with Physcians and Durable Medical Equipment companies to complete and review pulse oximetry overnight test results. Through NPF, Inc., the DMEs or physicians office have access to free software with profox reports that allow for quick and accurate testing. 

Diagnostic Medical Testing, Inc. provides an extremely user friendly, Medicare compliant method to provide patient oximetry test results and, unlike other companies, we do not require contracts or annual fees. Here is a quick overview of how we work with your patient, staff and the ordering physician to provide test results in a timely manner:

• A physician orders an overnight oximetry test
• The DME delivers equipment and forms to the patient
• The patient self administers the oximetry testing with our instructions
• The next day the DME then returns to pick up the equipment and faxes the paperwork to us
• Utilizing the FREE software provided by Diagnostic Medical Testing and our software provider  NPF, Inc., the DME then transmits the patient test results from the oximeter thru  NPF software
• NPF software receives the results, validates them, and forwards them to us. Once we receive the test results we complete the screening. During the screening of the test , they are read and any artifact removed to provide accurate results.
• Once the faxed paperwork from the DME has been received we can then release the profox test results to the ordering physician and then to the DME/HME.

  Also, in the states of Florida, Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, Louisiana and Georgia our services expand to comprehensive testing. We have skilled clinicians on staff which can complete exercise testing for portable oxygen qualification. We obtain the simple stress test results during a scheduled in home testing process.   We file to all insurance carriers. Please check with your primary care physician to verify if prior authorization is needed for any services rendered. If we are not a Medicaid provider in your state we will charge a nominal fee to complete your Medicaid patient. This fee will be charged at $25.00 per overnight test and $75.00 for comprehensive testing to cover our costs. Please contact the office at 877-202-1191 ext 303 to discuss any billing questions.

ATTENTION DME'S!!! 

We currently are PAR with Medicare and bill all insurance carriers. If we are not PAR we will attempt to obtain Authorization to cover services rendered.

We will continously apply for providership with different carriers. If you know of one that is not listed notify us of the carrier and we will attempt to become PAR.
